Abducted by Sundays in bed with...5.13.12
Happy Mother's Day everyone!
Kate over at Midnightbookgirl hosts this meme every Sunday! It is a great chance to share how we are going to spend the day and what books we are hoping to make time for!
Since the only child I have is my dog Riley, before giving him his breakfast this morning I made him come with me to Starbucks to get mine!
And on our way we listened to the audio version of Daughter of Smoke and Bones.
I am about 30% through with it but I've been hooked since about .02%!
And now that I am back home I am watching Friends season 2 while working on my blog and other things on my computer, before I get back into bed and curl up with the last hour of Fifty Shades of Grey!

I'm... kind of looking forward to what you think of Fifty Shades of Grey... Not sure I want to read it personally, but I'm certainly enjoying all of the reviews. And I LOOOVED Daughter of Smoke and Bone.
I just read 50 Shades of Grey. It turned into one of those I have to read it because I want to know what the hell everyone is talking about kind of things. I'm interested to know what you thought. My personal opinion is this series is like a bad train wreck... you know that it's awful and it's gonna be ugly, but you just can't help but look!
I just finished the 2nd book in the series... but you guys know how morbid I am, I like a good train wreck! Plus, the first book just ends so abruptly and sudden I had to know what happened.
I possibly need therapy. I won't deny that.
I ended up buying Daughter of Smoke and Bone because I heard good things about the book and loved the cover. I haven't read it yet but I am thinking I want to read it soon.
As for Fifty Shades I have been hearing so many things about the book that I am actually curious about it. I will probably end up ordering it online since its so much cheaper.
I hope you are enjoying it.
I really hope Mandy doesn't try to get us to read Fifty Shades of Grey for book club. She sounds like she's really going to try to get me to read it, and I just really don't want to. I mean, I guess if you got through it, I could get through it, but you listened to it on audio, right? I don't know if I could handle reading it...
